What changed in Nourish’s Terms of Use?

You should review the updated Terms of Use, but here is a summary of the key changes:

• We have added a dispute resolution provision that includes an arbitration agreement requiring individual arbitration outside of court to resolve most disputes between you and Nourish with an option for you to opt out.  
  

• The updated Terms also include provisions and clarifications relating to the use of Nourish’s Services, including provisions that address account access and security, permitted and prohibited uses of the Services, and use of AI features.
  

• The updated Terms also include provisions and clarifications relating to the rights and responsibilities of users.
