How do I join my Zoom appointment?

How do I join my Zoom appointment?

You won't receive a phone call — all Nourish appointments take place over Zoom video call. Here's how to join:

Log in to your patient portal at app.nourish.com (or open the Nourish app)
Go to your upcoming appointments
Click the Zoom link for your session at the time of your appointment
You'll be connected directly — no Zoom account needed

You can also join the Zoom appointment directly from one of the appointment reminders that are sent via email or SMS.

We recommend joining from a desktop computer or phone for the best experience, in a quiet space with a stable internet connection. If you run into any trouble accessing your link, contact support@nourish.com.
